The SIA site had to address the needs of security personnel who where applying or re-applying for a licence, many of whom had limited knowledge of and access to the internet. Working with extensive user research conducted by Bunny Foot we created a number of online tools to ensure they found the information they required easily and quickly:

• A licence identifier to ensure users know which type of licence they need
• A step by step guide to applying for a licence
• An approved training providers search
